  • Advised Parquest on the acquisition of a stake in radiology practices (€7million) and on the legal structuring of the transaction, with regard to the corporate and regulatory aspects, in particular in relation to the French Medical Council.
  • Advised public and private healthcare operators on the takeover of a private clinic creation of a GCS (groupement de coopération sanitaire) governed by private law and subject to public charges.
