Position

Caroline is an Associate in the Financial Services and Shipping Departments.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Caroline has completed her training within the firm’s associated fiduciary services company, Line Group Limited, the Litigation team and in the Funds team. She has also undertaken a three month secondment at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission and a further month’s secondment at the Gibraltar Stock Exchange.

She has specialised in Gibraltar investment funds, having assisted on the structuring of Experienced Investor Funds (EIFs) and private funds, whilst also providing on-going regulatory advice to established funds and Gibraltar listings. Caroline has also assisted and advised on the purchase and registration of yachts in Gibraltar.

After graduating from the University of Reading with an LLB degree, whilst also completing a year studying Spanish law at Universidad de Salamanca, Caroline went on to complete an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary’s, University of London, before undertaking the Bar Professional Training Course at City University. Caroline is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales in 2018.
