Position

Thomas Alnæs leads the corporate and M&A practice area at Hjort. He specializes in M&A, corporate and tax structuring, commercial negotiations and private equity and investment fund structures.

Thomas has more than 15 years of experience guiding multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity firms through every stage of technically complex issues, including buy structures, exit strategies, share and incentive schemes, corporate and commercial issues as well as tax structures. Thomas has a special focus on technology and research-driven industries.
