Anne is a partner in Beauchamps’ Commercial Property department, with broad experience in commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions and disposals with a particular emphasis on investment acquisitions, development and property-based lending. Anne has expertise in landlord and tenant law, particularly in the office and retail sectors. Anne has significant previous experience in commercial real estate-based finance transactions advising numerous pillar banks on all real estate elements of financing due diligence.
