He has considerable experience with class actions involving exposure to hazardous substances in the workplace. Huib also acts for companies confronted with product defects and possible product recalls. His experience with authorities such as the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, the SZW Inspectorate and the Dutch Safety Board is extremely valuable in this context.
