She offers continuous legal advice to companies in relation to protection of their trademarks portfolio as well as compliance with advertising and unfair competition regulations. She has extensive experience in administrative proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office as well as before the European Union Intellectual Property Office. She assists clients in the design and protection of their new projects and in the arrangement of proof of use submissions and pleadings on their brands’ fame and reputation. She also represents clients in advertising matters before Autocontrol (Association for Advertising Self-regulation).
