Admitted to the Tunis Bar, Anis Jabnoun is the partner in charge of Global Lawyers North Africa (GLN-A), in exclusive partnership with Gide in Tunisia since January 2012.
With over 17 years’ practice in Tunisia, Anis Jabnoun acts primarily in M&A and corporate law (acquisitions, capital operations, public offerings) in the banking and finance sector, and offers advice to Tunisian and foreign investors (foreign-exchange regulations, direct foreign investments, joint ventures).
Anis has been involved in major Tunisian M&A transactions with respect to companies carrying out banking, financial, industrial, agri-food and services activities, as well as financing carried in Tunisia in particular by international financial institutions (IFC, EIB, EBRD, AFD, KfW, AFC, etc.).
Anis assists on a regular basis international leading business law firms on Tunisian law aspects in the context of transnational transactions, including Skadden, Hogan Lovells, Arthur Cox, Linklaters LLP, Norton Rose Fulbright, Eckert, Gleiss Lutz, Noerr LLP, Legance, Bacciardi, Chiomenti, Bomchil, Sidley Austin, Alston & Bird, Ashurst, Bowmans, Clyde & Co, Arendt et Akerman LLP.
