Partner Sara Lembo specialises in EU law, antitrust law and regulatory law, with focus on advising companies before administrative and judicial authorities on anti-competitive agreements including bid rigging, abuse of dominant position and economic dependence, antitrust compliance programs, actions for damages deriving from antitrust offences, control of corporate concentrations, state aid and unfair trading practices, in a wide range of sectors. She is member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity Focus Teams, and a member of the Competition Litigation Task Force.
