Position

Massimiliano Danusso specialises in banking and finance with particular focus on capital markets, corporate finance operations, credit-linked notes and derivatives, bond offerings, covered bonds and securitisations. He also advises financial institutions on highly complex derivative and financial litigation, both civil and criminal.

He is leader of the Debt Capital Markets Focus Team and member of the Banks and Insurance Focus Teams. In addition, he is Chairman of the firm since 2024 and Board member since 2021, as well as serving as Managing Partner of the London office.
