Toinon Hoss’ principal fields of activity are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, structuring, financing and equity capital markets.

Toinon has advised numerous private equity clients in relation to acquisition and other structures, and is active in the field of joint ventures and investment structures.

She advises major international groups of companies for corporate reorganisations, financing and re-financing as well as in relation to their capital markets transactions.
