Florence Apostolou’s practice concentrates on all matters of employment law, social and labour law, global HR management, and employee international mobility. In particular, she has detailed experience in a wide range of HR projects and litigation, including individual and collective employment matters, such as hiring of staff, remuneration and employee profit-sharing, internal policy and contract reviews, special clauses and restrictive covenants, highly sensitive internal investigations, as well as employment aspects of M&A transactions, business restructuring, due diligence, information and consultation of employee representative bodies and collective redundancies.
Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2013.
