Spencer is a Partner in the Medical Negligence team which handles all kinds of medical negligence claims. From the maximum severity cerebral palsy, spinal and amputation cases, to the mid and lower end missed fractures. He also handles delayed diagnosis of cancer and fatal claims.  Acting solely for the injured victims of medical negligence, the team has recovered many millions in damages for clients injured as a result of negligent medical occurrences.

Spencer has over 30 years’ experience in acting on behalf of the victims of medical negligence to achieve justice and compensation. He has handled all types of cases, including cerebral palsy, spinal injury, amputations, surgical errors, delayed diagnosis of cancer and claims under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976. Spencer has developed a formidable reputation in this specialism and has devoted the last three decades to helping victims of medical negligence. He has secured life-changing awards of damages for claimants. He has never been afraid to fight and pursue the pioneering and frontier pushing cases that others may decline.
