Andrés Lafuente advises clients on dispute resolution and on civil and commercial litigation, both in civil lawsuits and administrative proceedings, as well as on national and international arbitration.

He specializes in insolvency proceedings, advising debtors in financial distress, as well as advising debtors and creditors on bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings, and crossborder insolvency.
