Rui Vaz Pereira has been providing ongoing labor advice, negotiating and preparing salary packages, increments, benefits and incentive plans, disciplinary proceedings; the planning of and advising on company start-up, advising on labor restructure and/or companies’ close down, in particular pre-bankrupt and bankrupt companies, advising on the planning and implementation of collective redundancies and extinction of working positions; advising on the transfer of employees, on the drafting of standard contracts at EU level and international planning, on the negotiation of the hiring and dismissal of managerial staff and on the preparation of employment due diligences in the scope of the acquisition of companies.

He also advises on sports law, in particular on the drafting and negotiation of employment sport contracts and sponsorship contracts. His practice also covers sport litigation, in the scope of federations and arbitration organizations, at national and international level.
