Patrice is CKT Managing Partner having been appointed in 2025. She works in the Healthcare, Insurance and Litigation Departments with emphasis on Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and is a trusted advisor to professional indemnity insurers in relation to coverage disputes.

She has specialist expertise in the defence of high value complex medical negligence claims and advising on healthcare regulatory matters. Patrice has extensive experience in civil litigation, acting for insurance companies, indemnifiers, and plaintiffs. Patrice is known for her quick problem solving and ability to find alternative solutions. Clients commend her for her constant commitment and personable approach from beginning to end.

Patrice advises healthcare providers on all aspects of healthcare law to include consent to treatment, mental health issues, coroner’s court, regulatory matters, confidentiality, and risk management.

Patrice is a former member of the Law Society’s Human Rights Committee, and a member of the Law Society’s Litigation Committee. Patrice regularly gives talks and provides instructional seminars to clients on a range of topics.
