Kate is a Solicitor practising in the Property and Real Estate Department in CKT.

With experience in both residential and commercial sales, Kate acts on behalf of both purchasers and vendors and advises a broad range of clients including private clients, corporate entities and local authorities.

Kate also advises in the area of Wills & Estate Planning, providing pragmatic advice on the drafting of wills. She deals with the administration of both testate and intestate estates and regularly advices on the preparation and registration of Enduring Power of Attorneys.

Kate holds a LLB from University College Galway and having trained in CKT has gained experience across all departments of the firm.
