Career

James is a solicitor in the firm’s Healthcare, Litigation and Childcare Law departments.  He practices in the areas of healthcare and child protection with particular experience in assisted-decision making, mental health and inherent jurisdiction cases involving sensitive and complex health care issues.

He has reputable advocacy skills in the Courts and has experience across a wide variety of areas of litigation appearing before the Courts at all levels.

James also has a number of years’ experience working as an Investment Funds solicitor having advised large international asset managers, based in the US, UK and EU, on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters in respect of Irish funds, prior to joining CKT.
