Position

Emanuele advises Italian and international clients (in particular, in the luxury, fashion, infrastructure and transports, finance, banks and insurance institutions) in matters concerning employment and labour law with a focus on complex corporate transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganization plans and related industrial relations, in the management of labor contracts and all related labor law issues (employees, executives, sports workers, agents, consultants, attorneys) and with directors, in the implementation of compensation and retention policies, drafting of sophisticated confidentiality agreements, non-competition, reversal and protection of know-how, implementation of monetary articulated incentive plans and/or with financial/welfare instruments, drafting of smart-working plans and international secondments, outsourcing agreements and inherent to a supply chain, privacy and safety issues in the workplace, as well as providing judicial assistance, at all levels, in complex labor and social security litigation.

Career

Emanuele Barberis joined the Firm in 2010 and became a Partner in 2013. Since 2024 Head of the “Labour & Employment compensation and litigation” Practice Area.
