Specialising in the banking and finance sector, legal advice to companies in financial distress, and debt restructuring, Giada advises Italian and international clients (including corporate groups, banks, and investment funds) on debt restructuring (both voluntary and court-mandated), structured finance (in the areas of acquisition finance and leveraged and corporate finance). Giada also advises Italian and international investors on the purchase of assets within insolvency proceedings.
