Position
Patrick advises leading Italian and multinational companies on European Union Law, national and European competition law and on various matters before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission including: vertical agreements, horizontal agreements and concerted practices, abuse of dominant position, and fundamental freedoms. Patrick frequently advises companies in the pharmaceutical sector and has gained profound knowledge of the industry’s characteristics and competitive dynamics. Over the years, he has advised various companies operating in the telecommunications and media sectors. In his practice he has often participated in the development and execution of antitrust compliance and audit programmes. Thanks to a deep understanding of Administrative Law, Patrick advises his clients on matters concerning regulatory law, litigation, competition law, and European Union law before the administrative and civil courts.
