Jonathan Uggedal is a partner and deputy head of BAHR’s Asset Management & Private Equity practice group.

Jonathan advises asset managers in Norway and abroad on the legal aspects of their business and has been focusing on the asset management industry his whole career. He continuously acts for managers within PE, venture, real estate and other alternative assets, assisting them with the full lifecycle of their funds from formation, compliance & operation to liquidation.
Jonathan has a broad practice within M&A for asset managers, covering segments such as investments and exits by private equity managers, primary and secondary venture investments, and transactions with fund interests, combining insight into fund formation and regulations with practical M&A know how.

As a consequence of acting for numerous asset managers, Jonathan has also been engaged in several of the recent most high profile legal disputes in Norway involving asset managers.
