Øystein is co-head of BAHR’s Corporate M&A group and is also a member of BAHR’s Asset Management & Private Equity group. He is a recognised expert on mergers & acquisitions and private equity matters and has for nearly two decades been advising leading Nordic and international private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other participants in the market.
Guvåg has extensive experience from cross-border and domestic transactions, typically involving acquisitions, divestments, spin-offs, co-investments, joint ventures as well as other types of transactions. He also advises sponsors and their portfolio companies on corporate matters and establishment of management incentive programs. He also acts for family offices, banks and international industrial companies as well as sellers of entrepreneur-owned companies.
