Partner. Øslebø assists with property transactions, property investments and property development projects. Thomas has considerable experience of large and complex development and transformation projects related to commercial properties, inner-city revitalisation and urbanisation.
Øslebø provides specialist property-related legal competence to clients ranging from major players, such as traditional property companies, property developers and financial investors, to syndicates and joint ventures. Øslebø also has broad experience of working with international investors in the Norwegian market. This involves developing partnering models, preparing shareholder agreements and facilitating cooperation between financial and operative entities.
With his background and broad experience, Øslebø is a highly valued strategic advisor. He has the ability to see the big picture and also provide advice on tax, financing, company law and M&As.
