Senior Partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Tax Advisor. He has advised a number of important foreign investors, mainly from German-speaking countries. Apart from his general law practice, he advises on construction and infrastructural processes, both FIDIC and non-FIDIC.

Career

From 1991 to 1993, he worked as an academic at Poznań University Law School. He is a legal counselor and tax advisor. Between 1992 and 1999, he worked in the legal department of Ernst & Young in Poznań, including as a senior manager. Then, as a senior associate, he managed the Poznań legal practice of KPMG, and as a senior manager managed the tax department of KPMG’s Poznań office. In 2000, he became a partner at SK&S and since that time has been in charge of the firm’s Poznań office. He has advised a number of important foreign investors, mainly from German-speaking countries. Apart from his general law practice, He specializes in advising on construction and infrastructural processes.

Education

He graduated with a law degree from Poznań University Law School in 1992. During his studies between 1990 and 1991, Mr. Wizner also attended the Christian Albrecht University in Kiel, where he studied administrative, business and competition law.
