Marek Oleksyn is a Partner and attorney-at-law with over 19 years of experience in a broad range of intellectual property matters, including know-how, patents, trademarks and designs.

Career

Advises and represents Polish and international clients in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, designs, know-how, copyrights, data bases, and internet domain names. Supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combating unfair competition. Drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and R&D agreements. Provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues.

Authored numerous publications on the aforementioned subjects. Gives lectures at the Łazarski University, including for postgraduate studies: “Energy MBA”, “New Technology Law”, “Environmental Law”, and “Labour and Social Security Law”.
