Aisling O’Donoghue is a Senior Associate in A&L Goodbody’s Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources group. She advises sponsors, corporates, projects developers, financial institutions, and service providers in the energy and infrastructure sector. Aisling’s areas of specialism include acquisition/project financing, construction and equipment procurement, and power sales and offtake contracts. She works with clients in project development, project financing and M&A processes, and also regularly advises companies on energy regulatory matters.

Aisling is a former Vice President of Sustainable Finance at J.P. Morgan (New York) where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy, including advising clients on ESG matters.

She is a qualified Solicitor in Ireland (2018) and an Attorney-at-Law in New York (2013).
