This category acknowledges truly exceptional individual contributions to improving LGBTQ+ representation and inclusion within the legal profession, covering private practice, in-house and the Bar, across all levels of seniority. Judges will be looking for evidence of involvement in/leadership of key initiatives to improve representation and inclusion within the profession or involvement in broader industry-wide initiatives.
