Ethnicity: Best Initiative
This will be awarded to the best initiative intended to attract lawyers of colour at a graduate/junior level and/or to retain them to take on more senior roles. Submissions are open to UK firms and international firms operating in the UK, as well as in-house legal teams and The Bar. Submissions should demonstrate a targeted strategy and evidence of results.
