Disability/Neurodiversity: Best Initiative to Attract and Retain Talent  

This will be awarded to the best project intended to recruit and retain disabled/neurodiverse lawyers or potentially other non-legal staff. Submissions are open to UK firms, international firms operating in the UK, in-house legal teams and The Bar. Submissions should demonstrate a targeted strategy to make the workplace more inclusive for those with disabilities of all forms – both visible and invisible. Please include evidence of results if you have them. 

Disability/Neurodiversity: Bar Champion of the year (individual)    

This category acknowledges truly exceptional individual contributions to improving disability/neurodiversity inclusion of all forms – both visible and invisible – at the Bar. Judges will be looking for evidence of involvement/leadership of key initiatives to boost representation of disabled/neurodiverse lawyers within Chambers/the Bar more broadly.  Please note this award could go to someone junior driving the effort – not just someone senior. 

Disability/Neurodiversity: Private Practice Champion of the year (individual)  

This category acknowledges truly exceptional individual contributions to improving disability/neurodiversity inclusion within law firms, covering both lawyers and non-legal staff. Judges will be looking for evidence of involvement in/leadership of key initiatives to boost representation of disabled/neurodiverse lawyers in law firms or involvement in broader industry wide initiatives. Please note this award could go to someone junior driving the effort – not just someone senior. It is open to lawyers and non-lawyers.
