Mark Lee, managing director, Mark Lee Chambers Law Corporation (ML Chambers)
Mark Lee is the Managing Director of Mark Lee Chambers Law Corporation (“ML Chambers”).
Prior to the founding of ML Chambers, Mark practiced at one of the Big Four law firms in Singapore and later co-founded a Singapore boutique disputes law firm. For the next nearly one (1) decade, Mark jointly managed the firm as its Joint Managing Director and headed its boardroom practice group which spearheaded the firm’s boardroom, shareholder and joint venture practice.
Mark advises high-value companies, public listed companies, shareholders and directors in complex, multi-party disputes and transactional matters. His practice has a particular multi-jurisdictional focus and he has represented foreign based shareholders / directors across jurisdictions such as Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, China and Russia. Sarah graduated with First Class Honors and is a Director of Mark Lee Chambers Law Corporation (“ML Chambers”)
She undertakes a broad range of work in the areas of international commercial arbitration (under various institutional rules), commercial litigation and insolvency.
Sarah particular excels in complex, high stakes, multi-party commercial disputes. She has both assisted and led (as lead counsel) in numerous hearings, trials and appellate proceedings and is known for her tenacious advocacy and meticulous attention to detail. Sarah routinely appears before the Supreme Court of Singapore, and her practice areas includes a particular emphasis on corporate law, joint venture, shareholder, and boardroom disputes. Akshay Kishore, director, Duane Morris & Selvam LLP
Akshay Kishore is a Director at Duane Morris & Selvam and heads the firm’s India Dispute Resolution Practice. Dual-qualified in India and the UK, he focuses on complex cross-border commercial disputes.
Akshay emphasizes on delivering practical and commercially strategic outcomes for his clients and has a track record in advising and representing clients in international arbitrations, mediations, adjudications, and regulatory investigations, including those involving anti-bribery and corruption. He is well-versed in proceedings under a wide range of institutional arbitration rules such as AIAC, CIETAC, DIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, MCIA, SIAC, SICC, and UNCITRAL.
Akshay deals with a myriad of sectors including infrastructure, construction, heavy engineering, energy and mining, pharmaceuticals and biomedical devices, commodities, trade, shipping, railways, telecoms, private equity, banking and finance, hospitality, franchising, and cross-border investments involving shareholder and corporate management disputes.
Akshay is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and sits on SIAC’s reserve panel of arbitrators. He is frequently appointed to serve as an arbitrator. He actively contributes to the arbitration community in Singapore through involvement with institutions such as CIArb, SIArb, YSIAC, ICC-YAF, and the Legal Services Interest Group at the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce.
His extensive international experience spans jurisdictions across ASEAN, the Indian sub-continent, North Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.

Ramiro Rodriguez, director, Duane Morris & Selvam LLP
Ramiro Rodriguez is an international disputes resolution and transactional lawyer based in Singapore. He heads the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) department and its funds industry practice in Duane Morris & Selvam. He is also a member of the firm’s International Arbitration Group as well as the Cuba Business Group.
The areas of law covered by Ramiro are mainly international arbitration, investigations by regulators and internal corporate investigations. Ramiro also handles international commercial work such as cross-border M&As, joint ventures and project and asset financing.
Industries within his expertise include fund management, receivables financing, financial technology, renewable energy and offshore oil & gas.

Sarbjit Singh Chopra, managing director, Duane Morris & Selvam LLP
Sarbjit Singh Chopra is Managing Director of Duane Morris & Selvam LLP, the Joint Law Venture between Duane Morris LLP and Selvam LLC. Mr. Singh is concurrently a Managing Director of Selvam LLC, a Singapore law entity, where he heads the dispute resolution and construction practices. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration. He has handled a wide range of cases from construction disputes to defamation suits. Mr. Singh has been cited in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022 edition as a recommended lawyer in Singapore Dispute Resolution. Mr. Singh has acted in numerous matters in the High Court and the Court of Appeal over the years. He has conducted numerous arbitration, mediation, adjudication and Court proceedings.

Uten Lerttaweepornkul is a Partner and an experienced litigator with more than 10 years of practice in commercial litigation and arbitration. Navin Thevar, joint managing director, RCLT Law Corporation
Navin has acted for listed companies, multi-national corporations, high net-worth individuals, Ministers and foreign governments in a wide-range of criminal and civil matters.
Navin started his practice at Drew & Napier after being called to the Singapore Bar in 2014. He then joined Davinder Singh Chambers, working with Davinder Singh SC for almost 11 years.
Prior to that, he was a Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) in the Economic Crimes and Governance Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore (AGC).
As DPP, Navin specialised in, and conducted numerous prosecutions on behalf of the State for, financial crimes such as fraud, corruption, money-laundering and securities-related offences.
In 2012, Navin was the first DPP to be seconded to the Singapore Exchange. He also served as the AGC’s representative in the Singapore delegations to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the global money-laundering and terrorist-financing watchdog.
Navin graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2009.
At NUS, he won the Peter English Memorial Prize for the top-performing student in the Criminal Law course, the Alexander Stone Scottish national moots while on exchange at the University of Glasgow, appearing in the final before Lord Robert John Reed, the President of the Supreme Court of the UK. He was also a finalist in the Jean-Pictet moot competition.
Remy Choo, joint managing director, RCLT Law Corporation
Remy Choo is the founder and Director of RCLT Law Corporation. Remy is a trial, appellate and arbitration counsel who acts as lead counsel at all levels of the Singapore Courts, including Appellate Division of the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Remy focuses on litigation and arbitration matters and has experience in acting for clients in complex commercial disputes, shareholder and joint venture disputes, trust and estate disputes, and white-collar criminal defence work. Remy is also known for acting in cases involving novel points of law of public interest.
In 2016, Remy became the first Singaporean lawyer to be awarded the International Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year for “excellence in work and achievements and a commitment to professional and ethical standards”.
Remy currently chairs a Committee of the International Bar Association’s Section on Professional and Public Interest and is a Council Member of the Law Society of Singapore.
Sinyee Koh, director, Integrity Consulting
Sinyee advises financial services firms in Singapore on compliance with rules administered by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). She starts with helping firms apply for a MAS licence and advises the firm over its life as a MAS-regulated entity. Half of Sinyee’s work involves advising each firm based on its business model, operations and size on how to implement an anti-money laundering programme, covering customer onboarding to transaction monitoring and suspicious transaction reporting.
Before turning compliance consultant 12 years ago, Sinyee worked in the Capital Markets Enforcement and Financial Markets Strategy departments in the MAS for 7 years.
Sinyee’s first career was as a litigation lawyer in Singapore, Hong Kong and England, specialising in white-collar crime litigation and contentious regulatory investigations. She is admitted to practice in those jurisdictions as well as in the state of New York.
She has been Deputy Chair of the Alternative Investment Managers’ Association’s Singapore Regulatory Committee since 2020.
Michael Palmer, director, Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC (QWP)
Michael Palmer has more than 25 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. He graduated from University College London, University of London in 1992 and was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 1994. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1995.
Keith Lim, associate director, Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC (QWP)
Keith heads the firm’s Infrastructure, Construction & Engineering Practice and regularly advises and acts for owners, main contractors, and sub-contractors in arbitrations and applications pursuant to the Security of Payment Act.
