Bolotov & Partners LLP is best known for its IP expertise but is also developing its IT practice. Managing partner Yuri Bolotov leads the practice and has significant capabilities across all aspects of IP. He recently handled PalDo’s registration of its ‘Doshirak’ trade mark in Kazakhstan and advised Toyota Europe on the parallel import of vehicle spare parts into the region. Other notable names include Saule Kulzhambekova, who is experienced in trade mark, copyright and franchising matters, and IP enforcement specialist Zhanat Nurmagambetov. Senior associate Yuliya Lokteva is a key name for trade mark matters.

Kinstellar LLP is highly active in telecoms transactions and contentious IP matters. Corporate specialist Joel Benjamin and M&A expert Adlet Yerkinbayev have extensive experience in the telecoms sector. The group also has expertise handling trade mark violation claims.
