The firm was established in 2010 by Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová, Lucie Vožehová as partners and Alena Bányaiová, former partner in Salans (now Dentons).

The firm has considerably grown since then and provides legal services practically in all major areas of law. The main focus is on corporate and M&A, commercial contracts, commercial litigation including complex cross border litigation with conflict of laws aspects, insolvency litigation, competition, real estate and labour law. The firm also has strong expertise in white collar criminal law and criminal compliance advisory and bankruptcy. The team includes academics who lead lectures at the faculty of law of Charles University and University of West Bohemia.

The firm dedicates significant resources to pro bono work supporting local UNICEF organisation as well as local foundation supporting underprivileged children from foster homes.

Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice mostly on commercial litigation, contracts, competition and antitrust law, including public tenders, state subsidies and state aid, conflict of laws, intellectual property law and EC law. She has specific sector knowledge of various industries, primarily telecommunications, dairy and agro production. Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová is an experienced reputable arbitrator. As member of the board of directors of the Czech Bar Association she also participates on the governance of the biggest self-governing legal professional organization in the Czech Republic.

Lucie Vožehová, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice mostly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and commercial contracts. She has specific sector knowledge of various industries, primarily the energy, food and dairy products, agricultural and construction industries.

Lucie Oršulová, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice mostly on commercial litigation, contracts, real estate, bankruptcy and insolvency, and criminal law. She has specific sector knowledge of various industries, primarily the energy, food, glass and bijou industries as well as construction industry.

Alena Bányaiová is a long-standing expert in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, competition, arbitration and dispute settlement. She has specific sector knowledge of the construction and development industry and IT as well as the foundations and non-profit organisations sector. She is an experienced and respected arbitrator.

Michaela Kmochová concentrates her practice on real estate, labour law and M&A. She has specific sector knowledge of the development industry and IT.

Vladimír Sígl concentrates in his practice on litigation, intellectual property and insolvency.

Zuzana Štenglová concentrates in her practise on real estate, commercial contracts and civil law.
