KPMG\u2019s dispute resolution team is operating closely with KPMG\u2019s contract, m&a and employment law teams, and most of our legal counsels are part of at least two teams. We are assisting clients in dispute matters relating to real estate and construction, labour and employment law, contract law as well as m&a disputes, starting from contract and negotiation phase and if necessary all the way through court proceedings. In civil cases we are acting as an advocate in conciliation process and in arbitration process.<\/p>\n
Our dispute resolution team\u2019s lawyers bring together KPMG\u2019s multi-disciplinary specialist teams (audit, tax and cyber security), thus we are able to take advantage of wide expertise of KPMG\u2019s specialists in cases where special expertise is needed to internalize and control civil cases.
