These rankings reflect detailed analysis of law firm submissions and thousands of interviews with GCs and private practice lawyers, conducted by our team of experienced researchers.
I’m proud to say that, despite the Covid pandemic, we’ve been successful this year in expanding the Latin America edition of The Legal 500 to 35 new practice areas across multiple jurisdictions; six new City Focus sections, and one entirely new jurisdiction: welcome, Puerto Rico! This marks a significant step in our ongoing plan to increase our coverage to new practice areas and territories – watch this space for details of future expansion plans to come.
As regards feedback and queries, if you wish to get in contact please use our FAQ (frequently asked questions) page, here: www.legal500.com/faqs.
In the interim, may I thank all the law firms and clients who have helped with the tremendous effort it has taken to produce this new, expanded edition of The Legal 500 Latin America. I hope you will all be pleased with the results.
Update: 30th October 2020
A brief note to let everyone know that all the documentation for The Legal 500 Latin America 2022 will go up online during the course of next week (the week of the 2nd of November). The finalisation of these dates and documents is a little more complex than many of you may imagine, so if they are not up on line at 9am on Monday morning, please be patient. I’d rather ensure that you all have the correct instructions and directions from the outset, than confusion or misunderstandings later in the process. As ever, my thanks for your comprehension.
With my best regards to all, Tim
