Recruits were drawn to the firm\u2019s \u2018strong venture capital practice\u2019 and its mix of \u2018well-known clients and significant deal sizes for a mid-market firm\u2019, while the chance to gain \u2018full exposure to all teams\u2019 within a \u2018cohesive and dynamic culture\u2019 also stood out.
