Some\u00a0respondents also called for &#8216;more consistent\u00a0supervision and support\u2019 across all departments, noting that busy or less approachable supervisors can make learning harder. Pay is another recurring theme, with\u00a0some juniors\u00a0arguing that salaries are no longer market rate given the \u2018quality of work and clients\u2019.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Brabners\u2019 appeal lies in offering ambitious work without losing the personality of a firm rooted in its region and its people. For trainees who want to be part of that next stage, the firm\u2019s trajectory is part of the attraction: \u2018The best thing about the firm is their focus on being better.
