Our MA Law (SQE1) is a conversion course designed for non-law graduates who want to gain a legal qualification at Master’s level and sit the SQE1 assessments. SQE Law Essentials (online)
This short online course will give you an introduction into the essentials of legal knowledge required for SQE1. This allows you to progress onto our SQE1 Preparation Course and on to qualify as a solicitor. With the SQE Law Essentials you will receive online support and feedback from one of our expert legal tutors. You’ll have access to world-class learning materials, including our unique methods of online engagement, and unrivalled online tutor supervision and support.
LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) (full-time/part-time/online)
Our LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) course is designed for graduates who want to qualify as a solicitor using the new SQE route to practice and also gain a Master’s award. We focus on the skills that employers are seeking so that you can enhance your academic knowledge while preparing for the realities of life in legal practice. Our LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) course ensures you’re fully prepared for your career as a solicitor, as well as success in the SQE exams. LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) students may be eligible for a postgraduate scholarship.
SQE1 Preparation Course (full-time/part-time/online)

Our SQE1 Preparation Course is designed for law graduates or those who’ve completed a law conversion course, including our SQE Law Essentials.
SQE2 Preparation Course (full-time/part-time/online)
This course will prepare you for the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s centralised SQE2 skills assessments, which will test the practical legal skills of client interviewing, advocacy, legal writing, drafting and research, and case and matter analysis. The SQE2 Preparation Course is designed for those who’ve completed SQE1 training, such as our SQE1 Preparation Course.
SQE1 and SQE2 Exam Preparation Courses
These short, intensive revision courses provide assessment technique workshops, revision activities and mock tests to ensure you’re confident and fully prepared for the SQE1&2 assessments.
Legal Practice Course (full-time/part-time/online)
If you meet the entry requirements, we’re still confident that our LPC is the best preparation for entering legal practice by offering you the skills to succeed in the business world. Our client-focused LPC enables you to develop the commercial awareness, critical thinking and the necessary professional skills to prepare you for the challenges of working as a solicitor. In fact, 95% of our 2019/20 full-time UK LPC graduates secured work or further study within 15 months of successfully completing this course (based on Graduate Outcomes data). We’re so confident that you’ll succeed, that if you do not secure a job within nine months of successfully completing your course, you’ll get 100% of your fees back (terms and conditions apply). Study our LPC and you can gain an MSc in Law, Business and Management or an LLM in Professional Legal Practice at no extra cost. LPC Masters students may also be eligible for a postgraduate student loan.
Bar Practice Course (full-time/part-time)
Our BPC is designed to help you secure pupillage and prepare you for life as a barrister. You’ll get to study in small groups, with plenty of opportunities to test your advocacy skills, including taking part in mock trials. You’ll get up to 50 hours of advocacy training, so you’re fully prepared for the Bar. Our training and support is why 65% of our full-time UK/EEA Bar Practice Course students that graduated in 2018 secured a pupillage (based on student data collated September 2022). With our BPC LLM, you can choose from three pathways to success: complete real-life legal work experience, write a dissertation or study additional modules. Master’s degree students may also be eligible for postgraduate funding.
