Career

Called to the Bar in 2012.

Kathryn previously worked at Howard Kennedy FSI in the family department working on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedies, pre-nuptial agreements and private law disputes.

Kathryn has volunteered for the NSPCC with the Caring Dads project, which protects children by working with fathers who are violent to their partners. She also worked in the protect and respect project, which supports young people who have been or are at risk of sexual exploitation.

Kathryn has volunteered in the fostering and adoption department of Barnados and has also been a Mackenzie friend through the National Centre of Domestic Violence.

Kathryn is qualified to accept instructions under Direct Access.

Education

Completion of the BPTC at College of Law. She studied Law with European Legal Studies at King’s College London, which entailed a year studying in Strasbourg. After completing her legal studies Kathryn studied a diploma in Forensic Medical Sciences at the Academy of Forensic Medical Sciences.
