Position

Kyri has a specialist family practice with particular emphasis on children work.

Kyri has experience in all aspects of children law, including Public and Private law proceedings, Adoption and Child Abduction. He is regularly instructed in lengthy finding of fact hearings, final hearings and appeals, together with interim hearings and interlocutory applications.

Kyri also represents clients in international family law cases and has appeared in the High Court in child abduction matters. An increasing proportion of Kyri’s practice relates to jurisdictional disputes in Family Law cases, including acting for clients who reside overseas.

Kyri’s practice also includes Ancillary/Financial Relief and Family Law Injunctions.  Notable cases include:
