Position

Barrister dealing in all areas of commercial chancery; has particular interest in commercial, property, tax, trusts, professional liability, pensions; undertakes both advisory and litigious work, appearing in all Courts and Tribunals. He has acted in a number of recent cases of note including Nicholas v Secretary of State for Defence [2015] EWCA Civ 53 (property/human rights test case) and Century Projects v Almacantar [2014] EWHC 394 (Ch) (regarding Centre Point Tower, London). He is currently acting in Ingenious v HMRC (£1 billion tax dispute).
