Miss Susan Clarke is an established practictioner in civil law and was called in 1996.

Miss Clarke undertakes work for both claimants and defendants. She has particular expertise in fast and multi-track personal injury litigaton including Road Traffic, Highway, Occupier’s liability and Employer’s liability claims.

Miss Clarke is regularly instructed to act for insurers in litigation involving suspected fradulent or exaggerated road traffic accidents and fraud rings. She is also experienced in litigation involving low velocity impact collisions and issues regarding credit hire.
