Karen Dempsey
Career
Karen Dempsey predominantly defends but has also prosecuted. She has been involved in a diversity of trials relating to murder cases, serious violence, drugs, firearms, money laundering, confiscation and sexual offences.
Specialist Areas:
Karen has a particular expertise in cases involving road traffic offences and has defended numerous cases of death by dangerous driving, careless driving whilst over the prescribed limit, dangerous driving in the Crown Court and complex cases resulting in death, serious personal injury or of a technical nature in the Magistrates’ Court.
