Position

Paige’s main areas of practice are clinical negligence, personal injury, product liability and property damage. She has a particular interest in cases with complex questions of causation and quantum and those which stand at the boundary of different practice areas.

Paige is an experienced advocate who regularly appears in the High Court and County Court. She is also frequently instructed to represent clients at Joint Settlement/Round Table Meetings (JSMs/RTMs) and mediations. Paige regularly advises in in complex and high-value matters and has considerable experience in handling large volumes of technical and medical expert evidence.

Career

Prior to being called to the Bar in 2017, Paige read for undergraduate and Masters’ degrees in Law at Emmanuel College, Cambridge where she received a number of scholarships and prizes. She also previously worked as a Course Tutor in Land Law and Equity and Trusts at the London School of Economics.
