Position

Sam’s main areas of practice are clinical negligence, product liability and employment. He also has expertise in dealing with issues of private international law. Sam is an experienced advocate who is frequently instructed in substantial matters, both as sole counsel and as part of a team.

Career

Sam read law at the University of Warwick (LLB) and the University of Cambridge (LLM). He worked as a paralegal for several years prior to being called to the Bar, primarily on product liability cases involving medical devices. Following call in 2014, Sam has built his career in his chambers’ core areas of practice. He was appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown on 1 March 2019.
