Broad traditional chancery practice, split reasonably evenly between contentious and non-contentious, with a particular emphasis on estates and family provision, trusts and equitable claims, Court of Protection, personal and trusts taxation, and professional negligence. Regularly appears in County and High Courts. Recent cases include: Roberts v Fresco  EWHC 283 (Ch), Randall v Randall  EWHC 3134 (Ch),  EWCA Civ 494; Harris v Earwicker  EWHC 1915 (Ch); Swetenham v Walkley  WTLR 845.
