Mr Guy Olliff-Cooper
Commercial chancery barrister specialising in civil fraud, company, and insolvency law. Recent cases include Al Jaber v Bosheh  EWHC 2142 (Ch), Kea Investements Ltd v Ivory Castle Ltd  EWHC 309 (Ch), and Al Jaber v Salfiti  EWHC 3038 (Ch). In 2018, Guy was instructed by Clifford Chance LLP to assist Robert Miles QC in Hosking v Apax Partners LLP  EWHC 2732 (Ch), one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2018.
