Barrister and accredited mediator specialising in litigation and advice in commercial Chancery matters, including corporate and personal insolvency, commercial litigation, company law, asset recovery, and public law. Experience includes general commercial matters; shareholder and derivative actions; substantial and sensitive insolvency proceedings as well as smaller estates; complex and valuable proceedings concerning financial trading and derivatives (including acting for and against investment banks); cases with a cross-border element; interim remedies; working with expert witnesses; acting for financial services regulators; and cases requiring a German language ability. Eleanor regularly acts alone and as part of a counsel team.
