Mr Albert Sampson
Albert has a busy practice as an advisor and advocate embracing commercial litigation, international commercial arbitration, company law, insolvency law, civil fraud, and civil recovery.
Albert regularly appears in the High Court and has experience of working both led and unled. He has also appeared unled in the Court of Appeal. Albert’s work often has an international or cross-border element and he has experience of work involving the BVI, the DIFC and international arbitral tribunals.
Albert is appointed to the Attorney-General’s C Panel of counsel and undertakes civil work for the Government.
Albert also writes regularly on the areas in which he specializes. He has contributed to Loose & Griffiths on Liquidators and Butterworth’s Financial Regulation Service, and has written a number of articles for LexisPSL on banking and finance matters.
