Lara is developing a busy practice spanning the full Commercial Chancery spectrum. She appears frequently in the High Court in both the Insolvency and Business Lists, both led and unled. She has a great deal of experience in substantial trials, most notably appearing as a junior in the Lloyds-HBOS litigation trial, one of the Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2017, and in ACL Netherlands BC (As Successor to Autonomy Corp Ltd) v Lynch and Anor, one of the Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2019. She has particular experience in shareholder disputes, directors’ duties and cases concerning issues of company insolvency.
