Emma’s specialises in commercial chancery litigation and arbitration with particular interests in civil fraud, company law and insolvency. She has experience of high-value disputes involving complex, multi-jurisdictional issues. She has experience acting in off-shore matters and undertook a Pegasus scholarship at an international law firm in Bermuda.
